Lot of room for improvement. Food, service, few fixation in ambiance & lighting.
Service needs to be improved a lot - we were not given menu for a long time, after getting menu waited for5 mins placed the order at cash counter. Waited for20mins didn't get the order checked with the person he said 2 mins, again waited for10 mins checked with the manager, only to realise that our order was not prepared.
Food - taste is not like the other outler. Sambar taste like chilli powder. Ambiance looks gloomy.

Dum Aloo Punjabi curry and Butter Nan were so delicious to compel me to take home a portion of the same while eating the dish to savor it in leisure and relish it to my heart’s content. I’m sure any Punjabi Foodie would give their right arm to taste their easy-to-grab and amazingly yummy delectable delicacies. My only complaint was I burned my upper palate due to the piping hot samosa for a starter followed by equalling steaming potatoes in my main entree.

Udipi's upahar is a well known food outlet in Hyderabad. It has good name amongst the people and the food quality is also good. I have personally visited 3 outlets of it in the city. I loved it whenever I have visited it. This time I didnt liked the service in this outlet. It was ok-ok kind of service by the staff. Some other customers also had faced the same issue. Customer Service should be more organized and sincerely done.
The food which I ordered was all good and they kept up to the brand name.
