I know this hospital since 2013 for visits mostly for cold and fever for kids. Dr. Sheresha is very good.
Issue is with OP FACILITIES. BASIC Infrastructure need to be improved immediately. infrared thermometer is not working for at least since 5 days. It is a basic thing during covid times. Nurse simply says it is not working.
You can see many parents are standing carrying unwell kids as the chairs are inadequate. This is normal during peak mornings and evenings.
AC doesn't work at all. Only one wall mount fan to the rescue for the suffocating patients (kids and babies).
Better to visit at non-peak hours if possible to avoid standing 1 hour in suffocation.

Udbhava Hospital have so many branches and have good turnover. But is this way to treat a patient? At least don't have monitor stands using chair to place that. Bad thing here is we have opted single special ward there the situation is like this ... Too bad.
Nurses are very busy, catching nurse is tough and always we have to remind nurses about patient medication. Very bad experience with Udhava Worm and Children Hospital, Kukatpally.

Worst hospital in KPHB , they don't care about patients,they just want money and we admitted for cold and cough for my 1.5 years baby, the doctor did the treatment for 2 days and next they told like condition is serious and have to put the baby on ventilation(Dr Kona Rajashekar) he is the most money minded person. The 2days treatment what they did?.
I rejected the ventilation treatment and shifted to Rainbow hospital. They simply did half-day treatment and discharged next day..
