I live in mumbai and went to hyderabad for holiday there we bought some jewellery for my relative marriage...I tell u this showroom at basheerbagh (near nampally station) had great designs and very dedicated staff. I was really happy with jewellery design and support from staff...all the best guys. Thank u.

Collection is average and after service is very bad. They promised to get the jewellery size corrected in 2 days of purchase. When we purchased n called in 2 days, they said it cannot be fixed and had to be re-ordered from Mumbai which will take 15 days.
Another issue is that they advertise making charges as 299 in newspapers but in order to avail it you need to enroll in 9 month scheme by paying 5000 per month and then buy jewellery worth the total amount paid after 9 months. Without this scheme the making charges are exorbitant.

It was offers last day only making chaerges on gold ornaments Rs.225 per gram no any other hidden cost. Nice exoerience. But full Rush no space for sitting. We made all iur purchase standing.
