They ask for interview slots take h1 and DL copies and never get back with actual interviews. Do not waste a candidates time if you don’t have the decency to actually conduct interviews

I just wanted to say that this is the worst organisation; their HR department does not know how to talk with candidates; they have a pathetic work culture; they also don't have the manners to talk; and they do not have a CTC budget. They just exploit freshmen at low CTC, the worst pathetic behaviour by HR at this company. Don't join this company; if they are behaving like this before joining, it will definitely be the worst organisation.

Promises are fake, the company is fake, there are no project here, HR staff wait for one month and if anyone like new joiner is on bench then having one to one meeting and TERMINATE the new joiner by saying we don't have a project now, and you should start looking other company, we are releasing you.
Don't join this company is fake.
Company has very nice FAKE front including very nice words and illusions like WFH permanent, no one will be on bench, virtual first company, job security.
And it has very crucial real reality, directly fire the employees no matter the employees are new joiner or 5 6 yr old in there company.
Don't waste your time like this type of fake traps. Find a good trusted company, take 2 week extra in job hunt but don't join this.
Don't go with Glassdoor reviews, I also joined this by reading reviews, reality is far far away from the reviews, don't join if you want a trusted company with job security. They don't have any kind of respect to their employees.
