They can compromise on the safety of passengers. Very difficult to trust them. Financially, they are fine. But not committed.

If u are planning to hire them.

And re negotiate with other agents.
Even if they charge re.1 extra per Km they might prove economical.

Sharing my own experience

Dear Ragvendraji

Did I pay u less, or did anything that was asked by you were not done by me.

Then why did you provide me with such an uncomfortable car.

Why did u provide a driver whose only concern was mileage, not the comfort of the passenger or schedule of the guest?

Why was rude mouth driver provided.

Since we are also devotees of Lord Shiva and didn't want to miss darshan, that is why he travelled with so much uncomfortable condition.

Else, We could have taken our own SUV but thought an organisation of your scale would provide us with professional travel. But the outcome was totally different.

Your Gautamji says travel in unsafe condition, without wiper in rainy season.

Your next vechile provided had a safety belt lock broken. No leg space.

Had to stop midway for using the washroom for 2 minutes in that also your driver switched off the car when we all were sitting inside. Is this the behaviour.

Your Gautamji said ki Kia Carnival toh nahi de sakta, I never asked for it. But my order was a good car which should be in good condition while placing the ride request but even that was not met with.

For fault of your team, I was the sufferer. I was delayed.

We also own car and drive on Highway, but the way your driver was talking as if we know nothing about cars.

Another tourist car in front of us was running faster then our and many overtook us. We're they not doing business kya

Vechile was making constant sound while running as it's whistling.

If u replaced car at least you should have done with a better one and not something which was more bad.

Headlight of vechile was also sufficient powerful to drive on a highway.

Even on the highway marked for 120kms speed hour team will not go beyond 80 to 90.

If this was your commitment then I am sorry in future you cannot be my choice.

I know it hardly makes any difference to you. Surely will feel this one day about its impact.

Just woww.. 10* ratings I can give. Very good response from these guys, The very first thing is Punchuality on time service ????Excellent service I received from these guys. Driver IMRAN very polite guy 5* rating for driver. The very good thing is my uncle lost his mobile phone in bus i got Manager Kishore number he help me out to find out the mobile. We got our mobile phone back ???? Thank you so much Raghavendra Gota sir for maintaining loyal staf in your office.❤️ People you can blindly trust this travel agency????
