Qutb Shahi Tombs are located in Hyderabad which includes tombs of seven Kings (& Begum) built by the Kings of Qutb Shahi Dynasty who ruled Hyderabad during 1518 to 1687 AD period. Most tombs have a mosque in adjacent of which mausoleum of Hayat Bakshi Begum built in 1666 AD, located near the entrance is the grandest ones. If you are around Hyderabad and have not yet visited Qutub Shahi Tombs Complex, visit at the first opportunity as you might have never seen host of huge toms under one complex.

Visit and appreciate the beauty. Take selfies, the place is too good for photography. Pay a fee for your still camera. Enjoy...

Great place to spend a few hours exploring the historical tombs. Interesting history and stories attached to the great architecture of Nizams. Highly recommend hiring a local guide from the entrance desk to make the visit interesting.

During the Qutb Shahi period, these tombs were held in great veneration. But after their reign, the tombs were neglected until Sir Salar Jung III ordered their restoration in the early 19th century. A garden was laid out, and a compound wall was built. Once again, the tomb-garden of the Qutb Shahi family became a place of serene beauty. All except the last of the Qutb Shahi sultans lie buried here.
Now again it need restoration..
