The equipments are good and more then enough for workout.
The nicest thing is the trainer they are extremely kind and very experienced

The best gym is this particular one. And I have the best trainer. Every time, she was supportive. I appreciate she made my "cannot's" into a "can's." She has pushed me beyond my perceived limits. My self-esteem has improved. Thanks for being accommodating with your schedule and making sure I get the most out of the time. You've looked after me, and I would say that this voyage has been wonderful because of you!!
