This hall is either underrepair or some construction is undergoing and cement and other construction material is adjescent to the lift; hence the entrance to the hall was obstructed. Secondly, the basement for the lift also was very steep and I felt claustrophobic even in the lift. It was dark, no receptionist in the lobby -- I guess minor issues if someone were to pay attention for this newly constructed hotel.
