Terrible experience when they were taking blood for my son (Age 5 years). After the first failed attempt, we requested not to proceed with second attempt on other hand unless he is very confident. He tried several times on second hand without success and stopped trying only after screaming at him. All this while my son was screaming in pain.

Thyrocare is generally good - sometimes the staff do get delayed in coming over which is not convenient when we need to be on fast. But otherwise they are good and professional. Wish they would take care of ECG and other non Blood related tests too
