trainer murthy is more than friend to me he develop body very well he take care of my self also what are I'm doing any wrong work out was doing he caught me thats wrong he tell very well the equipment is very good

It is a unisex gym in two floor space. The down floor is for cardio and upper floor is for weight training. In cardio section they have machine like treadmill, stationary bike, Elliptical machine etc and in weight training section too they have good machines. All the machines are in good condition. The gym is neat and tidy. There is enough space to move around between sets. The ventilation is also good. All in all I say with my experience it is a very good gym with good equipment and at a budget friendly fees.

Coming to the trainer, coach shiva is the trainer. He is disciplined and dedicated coach. He gives equal attention to very person and trains individuals based on there fitness levels. He listen to any query patiently and gives good vibe.

Good team headed by the dedicated trainer Mr. Shiva, I joined last year June 2018, Since joining I improved a lot in my ability to do more because of Shiva guidance. Love to visit everyday. All the best.
