Decent apartments. Slightly congested, with center flats with almost no ventilation. Club house is not that great. Triangular space is not utilized well.
Good landscape and play areas.

Awesome location, well connected to major places with the new underpass bridge and new road connecting to Kondapur. just few minutes drive to all happening places of city. Top quality construction! Absolutely value for money.

I rented a place here few months back and it is a very comfortable place to stay . Good construction as well.
But be prepared to live with insects and mosquitos. From morning to evening, we need to keep the doors and windows shut to avoid this huge problem
