Happy to had a taste of South Indian Thalis here. For me it was pretty affordable and tasted good. However, there’s no hospitality at all (except from the cashier). The staff were all cold and quiet. Place looked good from outside but the ambience was completely different inside.

This was a kind of invention for us as I never knew this wing of Thalis was opened by Tajmahal. People like me who grew up in Hyderabad and specially studied in Abids area, know this place for sure.

Concept of Thalis is really good. They serve pure South Indian Thali and nothing else I think. It's a simple nice place, maintained descent with an ok service. Just remember, before you enter to sit,you have to take token and then sit.

Coming to food, they served Poori, Papad, One Fry Curry, One Gravy, Chutney, Dal, Rasam, Sambar, Kandi Podi, Ghee, Pickle, Curd and Rice. For one person quantity is good enough. Best of all I enjoyed was curd rice. It was super delicious. For sure, while food is ok, the cooking + taste can improve a lot.

This happens to be happening place always. So be prepared for some waiting, parking difficulties and if you are lucky you might spot some politicians as well. ????

It was very average experience. Service was very slow and it was very hot ???? as there was no AC in the dining hall (manager himself said AC ducts are not useful and system is very old). Food was just average (only curd was good)
