This is a CHEATING company. Manya provides better services than them. I had gone to texas review consultancy for my PR profile and they took 80000 rupees from me to give me a service of Rs 3000 back. They just upload your profile on the portal, which you can easily do after one YouTube tutorial. They are not responsive after taking your money and beware of the bond document they make you sign in the start of the contract. The terms and conditions ensure you are gaining nothing from them. Texas review will BURN at this rate as they STEAL HARD EARNED MONEY of students and parents.

My emails for which I have never received a response. Don’t believe them, they cheat you.

As a working professional for 9 years, I can clearly say that this is not how an organisation should work. I really do not understand with such a pathetic customer service, how do you guys do business. Your hesitancy to respond to emails shows you acknowledge that there is an issue and do not want accept your mistakes.

This January our profile expired and the same was intimated to Abin and Sai and an email was sent to Sai mentioning the message from the Canada PR website. When we signed the agreement he told us that we will get the service until the PR process is completed which now I understand is a blatant lie. I have never had such an unprofessional experience for the premium I have paid.

Abin or Sai as our POCs should have been prompt enough to follow up on our papers or inform me that the services are over. Even when I called in Jan or when I sent an email there was no mention about it. There is no proper process in Texas Review and customer service is there only till you collect money.

Now it’s been 6 months since my profile got expired and I have only 5 more months left for ILTES validity. And I will Blame Texas Review for the time lost because you lack process and my profile was not taken care well. It was a very tedious process for me and my Wife to write ILTES exam and score good, all for waste because of Texas Review. I have lost trust and you have proved that I can no longer be associated with you. Even resume marketing was never done and Abin lied to my face that it was done. To date I have not received anything on papers including the agreement copy.

Next time be professional enough to disclose to your candidates that the agreement is valid for one year only and you take 70k for one year which is outrageous. Thank you for spoiling our Canada dream and making us lose our time and wasting our ILTES score.

I need two things, one is your CEOs contact to talk to him the type of employees he has employed and second I need a refund and do not wish to proceed or be associated with Texas Review ever again.

Whole package from ielts to canada visa at one place. I got 7.0 in ielts with their help. After that i have reached them for Visa process. M/s. And am happie to get approved visa with in 10 days that to with high risk Non- sds profile. Thanks to back end team Mounica & Sandeep for prompt responses.
