best weight loss result i got they will provide dite also. trainers are very nice.

I have joined for 1 month. I joined for mind peaceful and little yoga asanas. Attending 5.30am to 6.30am session. Trainer is very good at teaching and she is explaining nicely about if we do this aasana particular health problems will be resolved. I feel really good and feeling positive vibe after joining to yoga. I want to continue but due to time adjustments I may discontinue but if possible I will definitely rejoin to the same tatva because I really liked inside environment.

Yoga marks a wonderful start to every morning. I got rid of my knee and back pain after practicing yoga. Now I feel more energetic throughout my day and able to manage my physical and mental well-being. Trainer Ms.Karuna observes every detail and gives suggestions. Tatva Yoga center is well maintained with a peaceful ambience and positive energy. I'm looking forward to pursue yoga.
