This is a gym which is conspicuous by the absence of any standards or even a hint of management. The pictures show weights and equipment strewn around haphazardly by members who have used the gym the previous evening, as seen when entering the gym at opening time. It would be very easy for anyone to trip on the weights lying on the floor and sustain serious injury from a fall. Trainers are conspicuous by their absence and appear only when they have personal training clients and themselves do not follow the discipline of putting weights back on the rack. The gym is infested with mosquitoes which make it a health hazard.Despite repeated attempts to contact or convey these issues to top managers at the corporate headquarters in Mumbai, there is no response whatsoever. The only saving grace is that it is among the only gyms which opens at 5 am.

Very spacious Gym along with friendly trainer...very good yoga room...body massage room...all are at one place..

its a perfect place to work out . its a place where get every thing that a healthy life style need. nutrition counseling is simply superb. things here are always at places.they are many things to do in the gym. people always they to motive and help us. the environment is very enjoyable with music . its good place to make her life style healthy. diet chart are made according to the likes of the customers. which help then to follow it and never felt like doing dieting.awesome place to be there:)lovely place to get fit.
