I am working since 2.2 years and learnt many things from this Organization. I started my carrier with Synactive, this is the place to learn for all the departments.
Pros:
It’s a product based company where you can learn a lot of new things.
An employee idea is always encouraged.
Flexibility in timings – company expects only deliverable from the teams.
Managers are always ready to help the teams anytime.

Cons:
Did not see much.

During my Vacation and business trips, Liquid UI App gives me access to all my SAP transactions on my Tablet, It's really helpful. It has some interesting features, especially the Auto-Logon. Hence, I don't need to enter, my login credentials each time to connect to my SAP.
