It used to be a good place until last year.
But the staff has changed and are reckless
Bread is cut uneven, chicken is not properly stuffed, worst of all is that all the veggies seemed to be mixed even if they are in separate containers. Sauces are empty.

Doesn’t wear headgear, won’t speak eye to eye with the customer.

I think this outlet by far is the worst one I’ve seen in Hyderabad.

Nice peaceful, spacious place to have your meal. Its better to have a meal full with veggies rather than other junk food.

This place is almost empty most of the times and the people whom you see there usually are the delivery partners. Half of the menu won't be available. You are supposed to play the game of guessing who the customer is as the people there won't care to take your orders nor tell you the details properly. They won't provide a tray for the food, so all the best if you have ordered a lot. If you have the patience then head to the subway at Forum Nexus Mall, I've found their service and quantity to be way better.
