We have been working with Rohini mam for my 9yr old son who is into Tennis. We can definitely say it’s the best experience so far. She takes time to prepare the meal plan specific to kids needs and also explains us to work independently. My son started eating a well and found a lot of variety after we started the meal plan and is absolutely loving it. Very knowledgeable and highly recommend.

Special thanks to Anjali who supported me through this journey towards my gut health and weight loss.. she was very patience, available all the time and very supportive,encouraging???? who kept a constant track on my diet and progress. I was looking for a diet that was going well with my work and workouts, after thorough analysis she gave me a diet which was easy to prepare and practically possible for working women like me. Initially to start with the first two three days I thought I couldn’t survive without a sweet in my diet as I’m a dessert lover but trust me she made it possible that I can survive???? loosing weight in a healthy way and without having gut issues is huge achievement which one should experience. Awesome teamwork with great communication and coordination

When we joined Starlite 2 months ago we weren’t sure what we were subscribing for. After meeting Dr. Rohini and speaking with her we were more than willing to try out their meal plan. During the process we were introduced to so many new recipes and we thoroughly enjoyed following the plan assigned to us. There is a lot of change in the way we eat, exercise, build our muscle and also include protein in our meals. Thank you so much Dr. Rohini for your guidance. Her colleagues Revathi and Saujanya were very supportive and always ready to help on phone. Overall we had a great experience and I would definitely recommend Starlite to anyone who wish to follow a healthy way of life. All the best to the team.
