The room was very pleasant. It was cozy and clean. Dinner was excellent and incredibly varied.the hotel team has always been friendly, patient and helpful. They impressed me the most.

I ordered a so called "telangana chicken" which was recommended by the waiter.... They took literally an hour to serve us , After a long wait when we started to eat, there was not even a single piece without bones..it seemed to us that he threw all the leftovers in our plate...even the naan wasn't good, overall rating 0.0000001% would not recommend this hotel instead go to hotel Tulips or SVM grand which is nearby that hotel....please don't waste your money here

Nice ambience and good service. Food is very expensive and not so tasty. Had veg biryani and most veg items have to take most of it for togo. Non-veg also not so great. Not sure why only one rude person has to take orders from customers. All other staff except the guy who takes orders are polite and good. International cards not accepted!! Have to keep cash handy :(
