I recently had the unfortunate experience of dining at Sri Sampoorna Grand, and I must say it was utterly disappointing and disgusting. To my absolute horror, I discovered a cockroach in my food, completely ruining what was supposed to be an enjoyable meal.

The incident occurred during a lunch visit with my family. We were initially impressed by the restaurant's ambiance and the courteous staff. The menu offered a variety of tempting dishes, and we were excited to try some of their specialties. However, all our expectations were shattered when I found a cockroach nestled among the vegetables in my dish.

Needless to say, this discovery completely spoiled my appetite. I promptly called the attention of a server and showed them the insect in my food. Their response was shockingly lackluster and dismissive. They made no apologies, nor did they take any immediate action to rectify the situation. Their blasé attitude only added insult to injury.

Finding a cockroach in my food raises serious concerns about the restaurant's hygiene standards and food preparation practices. It indicates a severe lack of cleanliness and proper pest control measures. This incident not only put my health at risk but also left a lasting impression of disgust and unease.

In addition to the appalling hygiene issue, the overall quality of the food was mediocre at best. The flavors lacked depth, and the dishes were poorly executed. It was evident that little effort was put into ensuring a memorable dining experience.

As a customer, I expect a certain level of cleanliness, hygiene, and professionalism when dining out, which Sri Sampoorna Grand failed to deliver. The presence of a cockroach in the food is an unpardonable offense and demonstrates a disregard for basic food safety practices.

I strongly advise others to exercise caution and think twice before considering Sri Sampoorna Grand for their dining needs. With the blatant disregard for cleanliness and hygiene standards exhibited by the staff, it's difficult to trust the safety of the food they serve. Save yourself the trouble and opt for a more reputable establishment that values customer satisfaction and takes pride in upholding high standards of hygiene and food quality.

We had a New Year Special Dining with family @Sri Sampoorna Grand. Ambience is ????.Price of the food items are quiet affordable. Taste of the food items satisfy our tastebud cravings ????. A small suggestion to the restaurant is that - Try to improve the quality of servicing to customers & also the serving staff, bcoz we have waited for nearly 25 minutes for the biryanis to be served after starters ????????. Overall we had a fine dining with laughter, smiles, fun, pics & selfies etc..etc..after a long time with my family so Happily ????????. Thank you ????

If you choose this banquet hall for functions then, you will definitely regret in addition you will also take scoldings from your relatives for booking this worst banquet hall.
They will be particular in taking the money but they will backstep in providing good services.
They will not even clean the trash bins.
They will not even clean the floor if something fall down.
Raised complaints so many times but no proper response from management.
No clean wash area.
