I have booked the Tempo traveller from Maredpall to vizag on 2nd of April 2023. We are very happy to have the service from the travel agency. The support we received from the travel agency was really appreciate they are available 24\7 Assistance. We feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. .

I reserved a tempo traveller for 3 days by paying 20% in advance, but they forced me to pay the full amount even before we boarded the tempo. This was one of the worst services I have ever experienced. They use extremely bizarre methods to deceive people.

The drivers are very incompetent; they never arrive at the destination on time, and we always had to wait between 45mins to 1.5 hour.

I would never recommend this travel agency to anyone.
