Terrible customer service for product issues. Bought a chain with pendant for a baby as a gift. Paid the amount by bank transfer and they delivered it home. When we checked it after a few days we noticed that it was slightly damaged. Went back to the store and they refused to acknowledge it. A dome shaped piece was pressed inwards and a store that cared for it's customers would have offered to fix it. They refused to help and just said not our problem. Avoid this store or double check everything. Don't hope for them to care about you after purchase.

My all time favarite jwellers from childhood. Love the designs thr but making charges are more than others
