I have been to Dr Sujith recently to discuss a condition . Have to say very patient doctor and listens to you very carefully. He will ensure right opinion is given with complete details. Definitely recommended.

My Heartfelt Thanks to Dr. Anusha Sontigaru who treated me for my neck, shoulder and hand pain. Got proper medication. Hospital hygiene ambience are well maintained ????

Very Basic service. Low on ethics.
Receptionist is rarely available at place. They are changing 500/- per hour as bed charges if you go for a saline. This is free in nearby hospitals. They are here to make money.

Another improvement point is, when a patient comes with attendant to emergency u should realise the emotions. Without even asking what happened, without understanding anything they will 1st ask the attender to go to 1st floor for an op. Then again they will send you with a piece of paper for medicine to same 1st floor. 30 mins easily gone here. But what patient needs here? Patient trusts the attender and likes the attender to be with him.
Being a new hospital please be proactive, listen, understand, start the treatment or give consolation. Then send the attender for both op and medicine at once. Why the hurry for op? Is the patient running away without consultation? Even if we get op the duty doc is not writing medicine on the op page.

Management please understand, even we like to have a good multi-speciality hospital nearby, so please improve these minor points as values.

I saw your reply where you have mentioned observation charges, i don't want to take other hospital names near by who just charge for medicine and op. Even citizen & doesn't.
Make a minimum time rule or else. If minimum 4 hrs then charge.
