I'm not sure about the reviews below. Yesterday and today I had terrible experiences with this shop. Their behavior is horrible.

I stumbled upon this shop by chance, as it is plainly visible from Maithrivanam's main entrance. I would not have gone there if I had known their way of doing business.

I needed three A4 (one-sided) documents typed in Telugu. When I informed them of what I required, they asked me to show them the content, which I did. I had already typed the content in Google Input Tools and needed their help because my laptop had no relevant Telugu fonts. The operator and the lady in the proprietor's chair reviewed the info and asked me to email it to them.

When I asked about the fee, they said it was Rs. 150 per page. Despite the high cost (usually Rs. 100 per page), I accepted.

The operator didn't start typing immediately. He just copied the text, aligned the fonts, configured the content (line spacing), and converted it to PDF while I watched. It took less than 8 minutes. Yes, 8. He didn't type a single word. In the end, I paid Rs. 450 for the three-page paper. I was stunned.

Any Xerox center can give that printout. I headed to Ameerpet to find a DTP centre because I needed the content typed perfectly. But this person didn't type a word. When I queried why the work (450 rupees) was so expensive, the lady became agitated. Since there were no males in the shop, I decided not to respond. The operator had left by then. I paid Rs. 450 for 3 black and white prints and departed. Before leaving, I took a photo of the shop's name. I also sent them an email saying that this kind of behavior is not acceptable, but they didn't respond to that.

Today I returned to Maithrivanam for a post office job. Because I had the time, I asked other DTP centers how much this type of job would cost. Everyone offered under Rs. 100 (for font setup, font changes, text alignment, conversion to PDF, and printouts). I had the document printed for around Rs. 10 without alignment in the same building. When I questioned why, they started shouting again. I spoke calmly to the operator. But the operator got up and moved over to me, as if to intimidate me. Meanwhile, the lady in the proprietor's chair took charge and began yelling, and she called a person from an adjacent shop. One Mr. Srinivas Gupta came there. I wasn't there to fight or argue, simply to inquire about their deceit. But Mr. Gupta was so enraged that he didn't want to hear anything and used aggressive language like "Go wherever you want, you can't pluck anything." Then I said, "Fine, let's head to the PS." (My issue is not 450 rupees. But who will stop these fraud artists if everyone remains calm? 450 may not be much to me, but it is to someone.)

When I invited him to PS, he refused. He said, "You go. I will not come. " And he threatened to take the CI's name. He threatened that he would put me behind bars for a lifetime.

During the debate, the lady entered and commented on the content of the document I had given them to type the day before, something she wasn't permitted to do. She read my document and tried to use her knowledge to her benefit. This demonstrates their regard for confidentiality. I spent 40 minutes writing this review so that others are not subjected to their rude and frightening business methods. We talk to clients and service providers every day, and this is the first time I've met this team. Sickening.

Very humble people and very reasonable price in whole AMMERPET when compared to market price........ Love to go here for photocopying
