It's a new PG just opened December 2019. It's clean and calm. Every day they sweep and mop the floor and also clean washroom. Very good staff. The building is of 7 floor without basement and ground floor. Lift facility is also available. When coming to the food mrng tiffin, afternoon rice, rasam/dal with some curry and buttermilk, and coming to the dinner due to this lockdown rice and pulka are kept alternatively. Once lockdown is complete and PG is full daily chapathi. Every room has separate TV, Washroom, geaser & shower (hot water 24 hrs), mirror, separate locker (individual), hanglers, fan etc.. They provide fridge, water, CCTV, Wifi , dustbin in every single floor. Washing machine is also there no need to worry. No need pay extra rent for washing machine and rest all. All are included in the rent itself. Rent and advance is reasonable. Hurrup ????
