This is the budget hotel of the chain. Will located, but the rooms are tiny. The breakfast menu is adequate. As for room service, the shortest time they take is 30 minutes. Recommended for short stays

Location is great in the heart of Banjara hills, rooms were clean, decent and washroom was clean. Linens were soft and clean, breakfast was good. Only issue was that without my permission they charged service tax and took payment in advance. I came to know about it while checking out. This is something I was not happy about.

Though lemon tree are having many superb hotels like one in Pune Hanjiwadi but must say this one is average hotel in all aspects, whether location (was more like cell as nothing to see outside of window except nearby concrete structures), food (limited options), room (not very clean, bed sheets were pathetic), toilet floor trap was getting choked in shower area, even cold water supply got cut (just hot water was coming from mixer) during shower for unknown reason in early morning and took 35 minutes to get resolved by plumber, overall very bad experience
All above details shared are as per my experience during stay in superior room at first floor in July 23 only
