I would like to thank Dr Laxmi Prasanna for the excellent care provided for my mother. Dr Laxmi is a very experienced doctor and answered all the questions we had. All doubts were explained with patience as she is a very experienced surgeon. She made necessary observation post surgery with an utmost care and friendly gestures. The doctor and the support staff were absolutely professional in the care they provided. She is ready to help at all times for any queries. Very good experience overall.

Dr Lakshmi Prasanna is the worst doctor I have ever come across. First thing first, She performed a vaginal hysterectomy on my mother which was unnecessary. She examined her fibroid size to be 7.2cm while it was actually 5cm which we got to know after the operation was done. Every time we went there each time she made her take some medicine or the other though she didn't have to which led to several side effects. All she cares about is getting money from performing operations and giving unnecessary medications. Now my mom is suffering from memory loss, and joint pains along with several other issues after the operation since they removed her ovaries while they didn't have to. I request all to u to never go to this hospital all it'll get u is worse health and a huge hole in your pocket.
