I visited this place for DEXA scan - whole body [Rs.3500] to find out my body fat percentage. The whole thing took around 30 minutes and I got out report in 5 minutes. So overall a nice experience.

My mom got a PET-CT done here. She has got allergic reaction to the dye given after the scan , but they couldn’t care less. They didn’t even have basic medicines for the reactions that are most common after such scans.The centre is worst in terms of patient experience. The staff are very rude and inconsiderate. They didn’t even provide a bed even upon multiple requests for her to lie down after the scenario. I am a doctor myself and am ashamed to see such medical fraternity.

The prices are pretty decent, but the staff is very rude. Extremely rude. My wife had to get DTPA and we asked if there are any constraints like avoiding feeding our baby, staying away from children and every staff member we asked about it said that there would be no issues. Once we entered the test room, they then mentioned that my wife can’t feed the baby for the next 24 hours. If we were told prior to the appointment, we could have at least stored enough milk for the baby. When I confronted, every one started yelling and rejecting us. Not just us, but they pretty much were rude to every patient we have noticed. Please don’t treat like this as a government free service center. We pay for your (below par) services and we have right to information before and after the services. I do not recommend this place. The bathroom on 3rd floor doesn’t have a wash basin in it and just a reminder this is a medical facility that is expected to be clean. Advice to management: It doesn’t cost you money to be kind and at least try to be kind with old patients. Shame on you.
