Writing this review after completion of my treatment which took almost two months for complete recovery.

I was suffering from severe back pain since last two years. Intially consulted general physician and later on orthopaedic specialist, took CT and MRI scan twice in a span of 6 months as per the doctors advice. Consulted 1 general physician and 3 orthopaedic in total.
Everyone concluded the same that there is a disc bulge in between L3 & L4, gave few medications and recommended physio and then surgery if not reduced.

I got scared after meeting the doctors as they said it's common and nothing more can be done. So only two options infront of me at that point of time, one is physio other surgery.

Opted for physiotherapy attended 3 months regularly. Starting days there was slight improvement but no much relief later on. Then I got tense and depressed as i was suggesting from pain daily.

I'm much much scared for surgery, so started lot of research about the solutions for my backache problem. Tried acupuncture in Bangalore and secunderabad for 3 months. It gave relief but upto 30% only.

Then came to Kukatpally to meet Dr. Rekha for acupuncture. She is not like other acupuncture doctors as she said i need visit only once a week for 6-8 sessions, where others said need to visit daily which i tried for 45 days(still no relif).

Dr. Rekha gave lot of confidence in the first visit, said that I need not require any surgery and she has treated many patients like me.
She has used a pen like device for the treatment, kept few points in the hands and legs which gave shock like sensation for 2-3 second. This phase is difficult to bear but nothing was high infront of my backache.

Finished 8 sessions totally, 70% pain reduced in first month. By the end of second month my pain has completely, 100% reduced. Dr. Rekha gave few diet restrictions also.

I'm thankful to Dr. Rekha for for assurance and constant help which I can't forget forever. I can strongly recommend sparsh clinic for any pain problems.

A year ago, I visited Sparsh Accupressure clinic on reading excellent google reviews for accupressure treatment for my cervical spondylosis. I have been suffering with pain and discomfort from many years and have tried several treatment in vain. My first impression was that it was a regular accupressure treatment centre. But Dr. Rekha enlightened me about concentrating on the meridians by way for electric impulses. Initially I was sceptical but Dr. Rekha asked me to try at least 5 sittings, one a week. I took my 5 sittings and gradually my pain eased especially after the last visit. For the last one year I am cured almost 90%. Please give it a try and am sure the results will be good. I find Dr. Rekha very professional and listens to the issues patiently. I am very happy with the results from this new type of accupressure.

Thank you Dr. Rekha for the relief given to my mom. Consulted 4 spine specialist for the remedy everyone gave surgery as option but acupressure by Dr. Rekha gave ultimate solution for her pain.
I would strongly recommend for back pain.
