I’m writing this review with lot of pain after waiting for 2 days for the problem I faced and no response from these so called smart daignostics.
Recently I had very bad experience I have given my blood sample for vitamin D and random blood sugar check they have given me wrong reports false information showing vitamin D values at random blood sugar and vice versa which I came to know after rechecking with another lab.
And these people are not at all accepting there mistake even though we showed proofs and simply telling we will do retest again.
And they retested sample again and simply person called Venkatesh called us and said showing some other results.
we will test again with new sample which we rejected.
Surprisingly in 1 day when they retested results changed with same sample.he not even shared us new report.
I don’t know how these people are sending samples to labs not even following proper protocol while testing.
One of the worst and pathetic diagnostics centre with no proper measures while testing and giving all false and wrong information in reports .
I really don’t know how many times they have given wrong information playing with patients health.
Please never ever trust this smart diagnostic and please don’t give your samples here for testing.
this is all I can say for anyone’s safety.they have broken trust never in future neither we approach these pathetic diagnostics and we trust there false reports..not even 1 star they deserve

No discipline in the system. No proper way of attending the patients in cue.
