Tests results are delivered on time. However below improvements are needed
1. Bathrooms are dirty. (for Urine tests)
2. The results are not delivered via text message using a link. Online reports mechanism is not provided.

Pathetic service, very careless management and the staff have no value for your time. After making the payment, I had to wait for more than 2 hours to get my test taken which would have taken only 15 mins if everything was managed properly. Strongly recommend to avoid this test centre.

my father came for MRI no one say there is line you can wait. when I called staff said came for MRI I am waiting 2hours worst service I had
