Very very bad receiving
Nobody is caring the guests
F/B service is very poor there is no smile and I saw very irritated faces
Food is good but lack of hospitality
If you follow the same you are going to loose your business
I'm not at all happy with the behaviour of steward and no captain is observing the guests queries

The food is ordered in time .Usually the food here is so delicious but recently I have tasted chicken 555 which is extra spicy as the cook served the dish with small green chilli flakes . As it is too spicy we couldn't taste the prawns biryani which we ordered for the first time.veg manchow soup is also spicy. Apart from food there is play zone for kids till 9 yrs but it is crowded with adults blocking the zone for kids. And the management is not interfering in this.
