Worst place I ever visited. Irresponsible staff and completely fraud owner sai. They'll emotionally blackmail clients. They least bother even for regular clients. Worst quality of patches with highest price. The price they quote will be higher than any other studios in Hyderabad. No coordination between staff and owner. Literally they have been collecting one lakh rupees for 6 months, where we're getting worst kind of service. I have all the proofs of their fraud and soon going to file a suit.
I sincerely warn you all not to go in to their trap. Shine is fraud. Hair patch lasts only for 20 to 30 days. Later you cant go out without patch and run behind these worst people as we'll be helpless. Particularly they're taking the advantage of lady clients as they're emotionally attached to hair and beauty

I had very bad experience today with the lady who manage Punjagutta branch. The way she treat customer is worst. She gave appointment at 3:30, Because I reached 15min late she made me to wait for 1 hour 15min. She didn't even bother to call customer after given appointment.

Moreover she gave worst quality patch approximately 6 months back and she told that the minimum lifetime of the patch is 8months. But it was spoiled in 2nd service itself. They did some filling in the 2nd service which was very very bad. Immediately lost hair in that area. She promised that she will get it filled in next service but she did not. Today after a lot of discussion, they filled very small portion. There are still so many gaps in the hair. Cost of the service is 1000/- without any color. It is also costly when we compare with other service providers.

In last 4 years I went there approximately 30 times. Each time new technician, the service was good sometimes, sometimes bad. Anyways, I have realized that there are so many hair fixing centers are there in Hyderabad, why should we go to a single vendor when there is no respect for customer, no fulfilment of commitments for customers, no care for customer? So I have decided not go to SHINE next time onwards,

I am not a negative commenter but I have to mention this, otherwise they don't understand the importance of the regular customer. Especially the lady who sits there.
