Ananya is a therapist who is very easy to approach and she makes a person feel very comfortable. It’s a non judgmental place where you can feel safe and comforted..
She helps us think in different ways which gives solutions And helps us get mental peace. I personally have seen a lot of growth in me mentally and I just can’t thank her enough.
Glad I found her as my therapist.

I'm grateful for how I've grown mentally from the sessions but most importantly how good she is in making me understand myself and the things I do, Insight unto how I actually process and I've actually discovered many things about myself from the sessions.
