A memorable stay for a month

The room gave a homely vibe, and everyone was very friendly. I didn't miss my home for a single moment in the entire month, coz I felt like I was always there

The rooms were cleaned every alternate day, and every issues were managed within few days

SBL Homes can be described in a single word – “Paradise”

I’ll share the journey in SBL homes. I belong to Chennai and was searching rooms in Hyderabad for accommodation. Luckily one day I got the contact of this owner via Quora. It was a newly built home and was ready for accommodation. The owner is such a kind person. He shared me enough details and photos of rooms. The rent is comparatively less than any other PG rooms and it was also walkable distance from both ACE Academies. So, I booked a room well in advance before I reach Hyderabad.

I left Chennai. This was the first time I move far away from my home town. I was questioning myself whether the decision I took is right? Will the accommodation be OK? Will it be comfortable? Will it meet my expectation? Will the owner be kind enough as he was at the beginning? Will all facilities be provided? Will I get a homely experience?.......

All those questions of mine were answered in a single week. It was like “ Much more than my expectations”

Let me share why I felt so.....

Owner: I’ve never seen a House owner with this kind of attitude in my life. He understands the difficulties of students and have provided enough facilities for preparation.He has created a Whatsapp group where we can post our issues. All our issues will get solved in a day or two. Whenever he sees us, he’ll be asking about our comfort in staying. In fact, many times he encourages us to prepare well for examination. He cares us like his own children.

Maintenance:
House maid stays in Ground floor with her children. She maintains all the rooms well. A special hats off to that kind lady. She cleans all our rooms and rest rooms on alternative days and we can feel being 100% hygienic. All our bedsheets and pillow covers will be changed once in 15 days. Water tank is cleaned at regular intervals to ensure that we get clean water

Am still wondering how this owner could provide this much facilities to us. We were very lucky being here. I strongly recommend this home for GATE aspirants and any other. I bet nobody can tell a single negative on this home.
