Worst shop with least respect to customers Dont fall in trap with the review my genuine opinion i am writing I bought a chair in the month of May and it broke within a period of 5 months and the cost of a chair is 16000 rupees and they said all the parts are imported but no name of the brand there on the chair and when we tried calling there is no proper response at all .if you cannot satisfy customer needs its waste to run a shop

Don't fall into trap by seeing YouTube review, it's a paid review i bought sofa from sana furniture mall but it's damaged after a week. I got fed up by calling customer service many times but they didn't respond (it's fraud and cheating people). I am a frequent reviewer of google maps that you can see from my google badge. Don't read paid reviews and fake youtube videos. If you want to buy after seeing this comment, surely you will regret.

This is a fraud business. Broken and damaged furniture is polished and sent to customers after three months. When asked.....There is no proper response. Owner responds after about 10 calls and answers as if he is the Nawab of Hyderabad. Totally a fraud business entity.
