Anybody who is hoping to get a Fit and Healthy body can blindly choose Sam's Fitness Zone. Good Equipment and Very spacious. Sameer trains very well and he keeps an eye on everyone and looks after everything. He trains each person with lot of patience and always be in front line to motivate us to workout more.I can say ..i witnessed the best trainer,the best gym. No need to go for other gyms and no need to keep your body wait for fitness.

Best Gym in SR Nagar, with decent prices and great training..if you are really new to gym this is the best place to start. amazing results with best trainers.
