Finally some good news for people who have been waiting for the registrations with Sai Surya developers :-). After a couple of years of struggle, we were able to register our plots on 21st of July.

We all understand there were issues with Satish Chandra garu, however he has lived up to his word, even if the registrations got delayed. He has been extending the days for registration for a long time now, but he completed all the registrations for Rudraram plots in one go and he has assured that he will clear most of the other customers plots also within a short duration.

For all the customers who are waiting, please dont lose hope, things should turn around soon for all you. Good Luck !!

It seems like they are now adding fake 4+ star ratings from their own employees to compensate the damage done by customer ratings.
The company strategy is to collect money by pre launching layouts and making false promises on registration dates. They buy more other lands by collecting prelaunch layouts money.

Hi I'm harika naidu purchased 1plot in Gurusthan_2 , and it got delayed for registration due to some financial problems of company, any way registration was done successfully thanks to SATHISH GARU????
