I was a regular customer here since 10 years, I made 15000 worth purchases here recently and then I bought shoes here, used once and realised they don't fit my play style and doesnt fit my feet properly and wanted to exchange which are in brand new condition and they don’t let me do it.
They don’t care about customer satisfaction, all the they want is money! Money! Money! Very dissappointed. I dont recommend any of sachdev stores instead buy in amazon which has better exchange policy.

Useless staff they are so rude i came to sachdav for changeing my racket s string that dumb fellow says he can't change the string cause we dint buy the racket from sach dav sports but we bought the racket from this shop only
