The management staff is not at understanding managing their customers well , if a tourist wants to have breakfast here it would be not a easy task to place an order since a boy who is working on behalf of someone who is not a trained one to understand what a customer wants and how to deal with people . They have a system where they give coupons once you pay before in order to get your food , there were merely 2 people who wanted to place order after me and (total was 55 rupees for which was taken impromptu after which he didn't give me a coupon ) i sat in expectation that i would be served on my table but after sitting for 10 min after which i asked about my order then he asks me about the coupon which he never gave me . After realising that he was handing over the coupon to me while doing so i told him i have already been waiting for 15 min and 2 families who were behind me were already been served .There was a family who wanted to place some order and they had clear the order twice since the guy didn’t wanted to understand customers order.After notifying him his mistake he had the audacity to tell me yea TELL ME that he can cancel the order and was about to do so . He wanted me to call him sir and talk to him , after which i requested for managers number which he provided , I spoke to hotels manager escalated the issue to him . Manager was kind enough to hear me out eventhough i woke him up on a sunday morning . While i am writing this review and waiting for their manager to arrive the table where i am sitting is left uncleaned for 20 min since the time i have waiting for their manager

One Of The Worst Food Court I Visited....they lie at the Time Of Bill payment... Even after Telling Many times while I ordering the food I mentioned SINGLE Plate as I was not too much Hungry....also I Ordered Fried Rice Manchurian Combo Single Plate they sent Noodles Combo ????,Even I adjusted just because they prepared it why I argue bolke.. Then at The Time Of Bill Payment they Asked Me To Pay Full Plate Charge ???????? ,They Started Pointless Argument and I had Paid for The Full...
Taste Was Also Worst
