Worst experience. Booked tickets for semi sleeper. After confirmation they updated by them selves to sleeper without asking us. The bus was seating in lower and sleeper is upper side and the experience was very very pathetic. They arranged a very old bus. Suspension was very bad. Gap between seats is very less. Seating comfort is very bad. Giving one star as we don’t have option to give low rating. Don’t ever book with SVR

We have travelled recently to Shirdi from hyderabad and back, while going to Shirdi the bus was an second-handed and was not upto the standards about 3:30 am a passenger from back ran shouting that bus is on fire asking all of us to get down, we go down for our lifes and to our surprise engine was on fire from then these svr people make us to wait till 10:30 am in the morning to get some alternate with the help of some locals. These svr personal are least bothered about the thing. I request you not take this SVR tours.

When you plan a pilgrimage to shirdi svr travels is first choice . But their office near lakdikapool is maintained very badly sofas torn with lot of dust and fans not functioning. They will pick in a mini bus uptown kukaktpalli housing board stop from they shift you to regular bus . Their hotels are good for stay but restaurant is bad .
