Hi Dr N Shailaja Murthy Garu,

Greetings..!!

I’d like to inform you that I’m facing currently a bad hospitality and worst behaviour from your staff.

People come as an attendant for patient in ICU needs to sleep at walkway or in surroundings of the hospital.

If someone from your family admits here and if they needs some assistance to the patient in ICU do you guys asks to sleep in walkways with mosquitoes (Actually wanted to know that do you have any idea on this ? Think of patients along their families coming from long distance)

Don’t think you have any idea on this one. As now an days service and maintenance plays a key role ( With the mosquitoes and the kind of service needs to change a lot).

I wish you can take some suggestive measurements to sort out the issues.

Worst hospital, negligent staff.very slow and worst diagnostic. Earlier I went for treatment for kidney stones I am suffering with 9mm stone in left kidney , but in this hospital doctors not responded properly and they suggest x-ray and told no stone in Kedney. And again went to another hospital and get scanned my self and found same 9mm stone in left kidney.i get treatment in care hospital .
