Worst place to live in Madhapur area. There is no power backup and the landlord is money hungry and will charge you for petty reasons when you decide to leave. For an average 1bhk you have to pay exorbitant rent. The approach road that leads to the apartment is a muddy one and it gets difficult to get in and out during rainy season. I hope people read this review and try to avoid this place as much as possible.

Building is good, spacious but location is bit inside , u can chose to stay, flats are good and very spacious if its near youe office located

Full scam, the amount for water and electricity keep touching roof every month with no prior notice and with no proper explaination.
