Worst experience. Most of the counters are without person to bill.
No one will be at the weighing machine.
Always the people chit chat by sitting at a corner. No response properly. No proper arrangements of groceries.
It happens always. If we want to complaint no one is available.
Better to shut down instead of wasting people's time.
D Mart is better.

Irresponsible staff no floor manger ,no proper bill counter thay run customer here and there saying only cash and only online counter and all,and in span of 10mins main power gone 6 time no proper maintenance,am not recommended to visit

Staff are adequate in the store. But only half are helping and respond well. Other half of sales girls should be more helping, they just aren't keen to help though they are free. Managers need to look into this.

Sudden closure of Big Bazaar without settling the profit club card holders has taken a toll on Smart Bazaar. Better they honour the profit club cardholders so that their business can flourish, otherwise it's doubtful.
