We purchased a TV from your store on 25 th Aug but during delivery they brought defective unit and said with in couple days they will replace it. After 2 days a representative has come and checked it and taken photos of TV and said, with 2 days you will get a new TV. It’s been 15 days now still no response from anyone. Please act responsibly

Overall good experience. 4 wheel Parking is a big problem. Located in prime location. Staff is good. Explained well. Well managed. Good collection of goods for display.

Enquired about the availability of a phone. I was told they'll arrange a callback in 20 minutes. I never received the call. I ended up going to the shop and inquiring about the phone myself.
The availability of phones on the website and at the store don't match. It's such a hassle to get the information.
