The worst experience ever in my administrative life. Being a hospital administrator i request u all not to go this branch. The front office staff are very rude , do not know how to behave. Request to the administration dept to train how to behave to patient party . We r from Odisha.

Many of my juniors are the part of this Hospital (not in this branch). Still not satisfied. Not fullfilled our hope as expected . Dr are good but front office staff very unprofessional. Which was not good . They must know why they used to call front office staff????.

Request to administration department give a warning to this person mentioned in the pic and also that bald person in Neuro opd.

We chose Rainbow for delivery of our first baby. The medical team was knowledgeable, compassionate and attentive, ensuring that all of my questions and concerns were addressed promptly and thoroughly. The postpartum support was also fantastic, with lactation consultants and other resources available to assist with the transition to parenthood. The facilities were spotless and well-maintained, providing a safe and comfortable environment for both baby and mother. The support staff members was knowledgeable, compassionate, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable and well-cared for. I appreciated the frequent check-ins and the attention they paid. Overall, I highly recommend the Children's Birth Hospital for anyone seeking top-notch care for their little one's birth
