Panjagutta is a commercial and residential area in western Hyderabad, India. The area contains IT hubs, shopping malls and jewellery shops. It has become a major transit point for traffic to and from the Hyderabad districts of Ameerpet, Banjarahills, Somajiguda and Khairtabad. Twin flyovers across the road junction are helping ease the previously heavy traffic flow.

Pathetic it is becoming day by day due to heavily irritating auto walas parked across the road creating issues to customers with their rude behaviour and quoting abnormal fare for customers , lacking basic courtesy towards customers and behaving in a very harsh manner, the way they were barging and pulling up their auto's to object customers to get in was quite inconvenience to all passengers particularly women, kids and Sr. citizens in the early hours. These Auto drivers are taking advantage from the continued busses arriving and stopping in front of the police station at the circle opp to Central to dispurse passengers at this stop .Bizarre incident taken place this morning when I had been there this morning to pick my family with two small kids as they just got down from the bus. Guy standing with green shirt beside the auto was clearing off the traffinc coming from the opp direction to give a way off for his fellow auto to go in a wrong direction. Driver inside was relaxing in a neglecting manner which you can notice in the pics posted. We had much luggage and we're hoping for help and all these folks were pathetic and minting money with their techniques by demanding high fares, who ever try to negotiate all together they were abounding them and not attending to further have them to agree for what they ask for.I request traffic cops to pay attention and get some change from this continued issue which commuters are experiencing from a long time.
