Ordered PPJ special balle balle paratha and sweet lassi from zomato twice! Paratha was filled with paneer+ chilli+carrot+green peas. Absolutely delicious???? lassi was great in taste too but expected little thick.

1) There is no proper response
2) Not taking the orders from the customers and at least not responding
3) No Proper Management
4) Ignoring customers and discussion is more in kitchen
5) If one order is taken there is minimum 5-10 min discussion in kitchen. Cleaning for next customer to make seating arrangement is taking around 30 min even though there are no much customers. Even though order is delayed , at least cleaning should be done.

Paratha eating experience should be good on take away. I asked the Paratha to be cut into two pieces and then pack. But the person who packed simply folded the Paratha and packed even after acknowledgement. While eating it was like eating dough, not Paratha. Experience is important for customers to come back.
