Doctor is friendly and the procedure went smoothly but there is a delay in dicharge though the surgery is minor due to insurance formalities. But overall it's satisfactory.

At first i was very nervous about the surgery. But the hospital stall was very friendly. They explained me everything and let my fear go away. I especially thank Dr.Pollishetty Ramachandran for his excellent effort in making my operation successful. He was friendly with me during the surgery. It made me felt very comfortable in the operation theatre. Even the post surgery consultation was nice. If you're from another city and can't visit the hospital you can have the post surgery consultation through online with the doctor. Overall my hospital experience was too good. I thank pristny care for finding me a expert doctor for my problem and also for a wonderful hospital experience.

Worst experience ever. No follow ups taken from patients after discharge. Once you pay them money, they won't even bother to call you and check if the condition of eyes is fine or not. They don't even tell you before surgery care and post surgery care. I have done lasik PRK from them and they said my eyes will be cured in 2 days it's been 2 weeks now my eyes are still paining, my vision is blurr and I cannot see small letters. It's the worst condition. My eyes are paining like hell. They are not changing drops or giving other medicines they are just saying pain will last till 1 month and slowly slowly vision will be cleared but my vision is get dull and blurr day by day and Also this has started migraine issue in me which I never had before. Pathetic service. Don't get your treatment done from here. They are fooling you for money
