It's been almost 6 months we started residing here.There is no improvement at all. Looks like a 15 years old building and what builder is promised he has not fulfilled at all.
I purached flat here by seeing brand name and brochure. At the time of purchase, they have mentioned premium luxury gated community and now in their latest brochures there is no premium word at all. Here it self we can say how builder is cheating customers.attaching the reality vs graphics images here.

One of the best society in Bachupally. Don't know why few people are posting false negative reviews. We have been seeing construction since it started in 2019. No doubt construction quality is of good. Suggest to check before you make impression basis negative reviews. I will share regular updates. Looks like competition builder is funding this negative reviews and spoiling Praneeth Town Square image..

Don't fall in a trap by looking at pictures posted in reviews.. Those pictures are of incomplete society and posted by few as a part of planned propaganda against the builder. They had run a huge campaign of negative reviews to pressurise builder to get personal things fixed on priority. We haven't faced issues in our flat at all and found built quality to be good. Not saying there aren't issues, there are few definitely and builder is slow in resolving them. Society is now almost complete and have got the occupancy as well in december. Whats left out is being completed. Look at the play area in the last picture, beautiful. Few owners had a problem with this too saying its not enough for 527 families, don’t know if they were expecting a stadium to be built with the society, is it even a benchmark to measure the size of play area ? Well there is one more of the same size aling with a badminton court , basketball court, Swimming pool and indoor games TT, gym carrom etc. Most of the reviews are big lies, incomplete product, propaganda based. Experiences can be different for everyone and this is mine.
